1. Organiser

The promoter of this competition is incognito®, a trading name of Howad Ltd,
located at Unit 10, Baseline Business Studios, Whitchurch Road, London W11 4AT.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Howad Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition will run from 00:01 on 12th December 2024 to 23:59 on 18th December 2024.

Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to enter

Participants may enter via both methods, but duplicate entries via the sign-up page will not be accepted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received across all entry methods.

The winner will be notified by 20th December 2024 via the contact method used to enter (email for newsletter entries or Instagram DM for social media entries).

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, incognito® reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

By entering this competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition.

All entrants, regardless of the method of entry, agree to receive marketing communications from incognito®.

Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails or by contacting info@lessmosquito.com.

8. Disqualification

incognito® reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition in any way.

9. Limitation of Liability

incognito® accepts no responsibility for incomplete or invalid entries or any technical issues preventing participation.

incognito® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
